The position is primarily responsible for achieving sales objectives through effective account coverage, product endorsements, customer service, and overall account management.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development
a. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.
b. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities.
2. Account Management
a. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
b. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
3. Product Knowledge
a. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
b. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing customers.
4. Market Research
a. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
b. Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
5. Sales Strategy Implementation
a. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
b. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
6. Reporting and Documentation
a. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account information in the CRM system.
b. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
7. Collaboration
a. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
b. Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for achieving sales goals.
8. Negotiation and Closing
a. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to secure sales agreements.
b. Close sales deals and ensure smooth transition from sales to order fulfillment.
9. Continuous Improvement
a. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
b. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills.
10. Customer Service
a. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to build trust and loyalty.
b. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any Electrical or Business course.
• Must have sales experience.
• Understanding of the electrical industry and its products.
• Possesses a vast network of clients.
Monthly Salary:
• 28,000
• Negotiable based on the applicant's skill set.
Location:
• Antipolo, Rizal
• Preferred candidates should live near the working location
Work Schedule & Set-up:
• Full-time, on-site (Day shift)
• Monday to Saturday (8-hour shift)
