Account Officer (Makati)

**Job description**:
Ø Assists Account Management Department (AMD) Head in the project administration / implementation of accounts

Ø Track and monitor the performance/status (hiring & deployment, payroll & billing, and AR & collection) of accounts

Ø Prepare and maintain documents related to account/project administration (TOR, contract, manning requirements, NOA, NTP, Billing rates) to facilitate contract implementation.
Ø Communicate with the clients on revised billing rates, manning requirements supplies, equipment, PPEs, uniform, IDs and collection concerns and ensure coordination with concerned support units to insure compliances.
Ø Monitor contract duration and draft communication to ascertain clients' intention on contract extension, renewal or termination.
Ø Facilitate Managed Employees' concerns and coordinate with appropriate support units

Ø Conduct SOA analysis

Ø Draft Collection reminders and letters preparation

Ø Prepare Post-audit list follow-up with clients for AR adjustment.
Ø Supervise the activities/performance of the Project Coordinators.
Ø Prepare reports as required by AMD Manager and/or AMG Sector Head.
Ø Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior.
**Job specification**:
Ø Bachelor's degree holder, preferably business course

Ø With at least one (1) year relevant work experience

Ø Willing to work in Makati City

Ø Can start immediately
