Store coordinator or Account Officer

Lead point of contact for any and all product orders specific to his assigned store.
Ensures timely & successful delivery of orders according to the customer needs.
Escalates concerns as needed.
KEY TASK:

1.
Initiates order for production.
Generates complete purchase orders based on store sales order.
Prints & attaches product draft as needed.
Address quotation concerns.
2.
Coordinates with other internal & External teams to ensure delivery of requirements.
Production: Product requirements, production scheduling, quality issues and oversee production.
Runners: Communicates line up, product specifications, quality requirements and timelines.
Supplies: Sources items as necessary, generates purchase orders to suppliers.
Stock account officer for stock requirements.
3.
Checks quality compliance of on-process productions.
4.
Prepare reports on P.O., status & concerns.
5.
Other assigned task:

Delivery Schedules: aligns with all AO's & organizes efficient delivery schedules.
Truck collection: In charge of all truck collections, recording, and transmittal to Admin Officer.
Closes Purchase orders of contractors and make sure the billing for payroll.
Oder ad hoc task that may be assigned.
