You must have clear idea of how digital tools would add value to the company's strategy in preserving existing accounts and generating new business through creating and maintaining long term client relationships to contribute to the company's business growth.The position is primarily responsible with contribution to the growth of the company by developing new business using multiple sales channels. Ensures total customer satisfaction by managing sales and after sales services and represents the company in business activities highlighting distinct value added benefits of the company.Duties & Responsibilities:- Develop new business through different channels such as brokers, agents, corporate accounts and direct accounts- Disseminate information to accounts being maintained and handled.- Conduct lectures or training on Non-life insurance as the needed arises.- Ensure over-all customer satisfaction of clients from the start of the account (policy issuance) up to settlement of claims.- Organize client information such as contact details, insurance policies in force, nature of business and source of production.- Represent the company in business-related activities such as professional organizations and conferences**Requirements**:- At least 2 year(s) of work experience in a related field in Non-Life Insurance- Preferably 1-4 Yrs work experience in Sales for Financial Services such as Insurance, Unit Trust or equivalent.- Must be willing to be assigned in Iligan City.Schedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Iligan City, Lanao del Norte: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
