Account Officer - Field Sales And Management

An Account Officer who builds customer relationships, follows up on leads, and maximizes sales opportunities. They can identify prospects, ensure customer satisfaction, and constantly seek new opportunities to drive business growth.
We are looking for a competitive Field Sales People to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

Job Description:
1. "Get the sale" using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
2. Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
3. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
4. Meet personal and team sales targets
5. Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

Skills:
1. Proven sales experience or willing to be trained in Sales
2. Result Oriented
3. Experience in Customer Service is a plus
4. Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
5. Computer use competency
6. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
7. Self motivated and driven
