Account Manager (Trust Banking Group)

Oversees a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seeks new sales opportunities
Specific Duties & Responsibilities: Serves as lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Delivers AUM and income growth Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet profitability quotas Qualifications: With at least 3 years of relevant experience in trust banking and account management Strong stakeholder management; ability to match client's business requirements with Bank's product and services Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills Able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
