**URGENT HIRING: SALES MANAGER (Lubricant and Tires Products**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must have extensive background in Lubricant or Automotive products.
- Must be with pleasing personality and excellent in communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel and work in flexible schedule (Must have valid driver's license)
- Must have strong track record of success within prior experience in a regional sales role.
- Must possess solid and credible relationships with key decision makers in the region.
- Must be highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Must have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationship s.
- Must have extensive experience in Sales or in related field.
- Must have background in same Industry or related (Engine Oil Lubricant, Motorcycle or Automotive Industry)
- Can handle clients all around Metro Manila.
- Can start ASAP.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for the management of Sales and Distribution.
- Manage the execution of selling & collection systems, programs to help in the achievement of company's goals.
- Source out market opportunities (new outlets, special events, activations and new accounts).
- Define action plans based business conditions and actions of competitors.
- Provide support for Distributor Sales Representative (DSR) in outlet negotiations when needed,
- Manage and approve operating expense budget and cost related expenses within level of authority.
- Seek out exclusives on Outlets by proposal elements, credits, discounts and customers support materials such as tables, chairs, banners, etc.
- Pursue the customers satisfaction through the service provided by the sales force.
- Follow up on volume and availability goals of each DSR.
- Conduct outlet checks and field coaching activities with DSR.
- Look for improving the sales on the more profitable portfolio of company products.
- Control assets, balances, credits, and consignments.
- Ensure the proper administration of the assigned DSR e.g.
recommend hiring, handle disciplinary process for DSR.
- Daily visits to market to ensure and coach DSR on his main functions.
(focus on gold clients)
- Work with Sales & Marketing Manager to develop the assigned area sales plan and optimal route plan.
- Ensure coordination of the team with other internal functions e.g.
Marketing and merchandising material
