Account Manager (Sales and Relationship Management for B2B clients)
Key Responsibilities:
? Generating leads and reaching out to prospects
? Communicating and gathering information on a project's scope, budgets, and timelines as well as
understanding the core challenge that the client is facing
? Creating project proposals and costings for presentation and submission to client
? Negotiating and closing engagements with clients
? Setting expectations, milestones, and timelines for project deliverables
? Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or obstacles
? Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project
alignment.
? Coordinating teams to meet project milestones
? Creating or consolidating presentation decks
? Assisting in research – gathering and consolidating data from desk research or third party agencies to
be ready for analysis
? Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
? Preparing regular project updates and reports
? Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
? Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
? Reporting and escalating to management as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Project Management, or related field (or
currently pursuing).

? Experience in Sales and Relationship Management for B2B clients
? Four or more years of project management experience
