Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude. Key Responsibilities: Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; monthly/quarterly projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products revenue. Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems. Establishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel (stakeholder and executive sponsors) in all jurisdictive customer accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities. Coordinates the involvement of the team in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations. Assist with sales matter request. Develop field sales action plans by implementing sales program. Responsible for monitoring the performance of assigned sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports.
