Job Summary:
We are looking for a sales account manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers who know the value of digital and printing brands. Work experience in sales in the printing market and having a network with suppliers of printers, inks, or substrates will be a plus factor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Utilize graphic or digital art design to increase brand attraction
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
Preferred Education, Skills, & Experience:
- BA/BS degree in business administration, sales, marketing, engineering, or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a digital account manager, brand manager, key account manager, marketing officer, sales account manager, or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and c-level
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs; those who worked in packaging design companies will be an advantage to the position
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and lasting client relationships.

We are accepting candidates that are willing to be assigned in Cebu and Metro Manila.
