Job Summary:
We are looking for a sales account manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers who know the value of digital and printing brands. Work experience in sales in the printing market and having a network with suppliers of printers, inks, or substrates will be a plus factor.
Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersUtilize graphic or digital art design to increase brand attractionBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsorsClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasForecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory Preferred Education, Skills, & Experience: BA/BS degree in business administration, sales, marketing, engineering, or relevant fieldProven work experience as a digital account manager, brand manager, key account manager, marketing officer, sales account manager, or relevant roleDemonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and c-levelExperience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs; those who worked in packaging design companies will be an advantage to the positionExcellent listening, negotiation, and lasting client relationships.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsorsClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersForecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
We are accepting candidates that are willing to be assigned in Cebu and Metro Manila.
