Account Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

Job Description:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities based on clients need and market understanding to expand our client base.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the company and the client.
- Monitor and report on key account metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage

Requirements:

- Proven track record in business development and account management
- Preferably but not limited in eCommerce/logistic industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Amenable to work in Podium, Pasig Office
