Account Manager

**I.
**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF OF THE POSITION**

a.
Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs

b.
Stay on top of accounts, making sure they're receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs

c. Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business

d. Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization

e. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly

f. Working towards monthly, quarterly, or annual targets.
**II.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

a.
Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs

b.
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

c. Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals

d. Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met

e. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
**III.
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**

a. Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role

b.
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously

c. Strong written and verbal communication skills

d. Good attention to detail and organizational skills

e. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
f. Trustworthy and honest for the given task.
**IV **PREFFARED QUALIFICATION**

a.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback

b. Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Gain sight and Salesforce

c. Bidding Experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Paid training

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Account Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
