ACCOUNT MANAGER

Customer-centric mindset and the skills needed to listen to customers and understand their objectives and overall relationship with our broader organization
Leads by example by modeling flexibility, candor, and a willingness to respond during times of change while maintaining a positive attitude
Demonstrated account planning and management skills and strong collaboration with extended teams toward common goals
The Goals of this position will be:

Achieve new business growth through warm and cold leads
Retain and grow revenue from existing accounts
Work proactively with clients to provide solutions to all their business challenges
Ability to organize and keep track
of all leads within a matrix and ensure that outbound generation metrics are being met.Qualifications:
Required language(s):
English
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
This position will have a nice base pay, along with a favorable commission and bonus scheme.
