Account Manager

1.
Initiate and develop relationships with clients for business growth.
2.
Stay abreast of recent industry trends.
3.
Develop and maintain detailed business plans for client projects.
4.
Work with management in developing timely solutions for client requirements.
5.
Conduct business reviews with clients on periodic basis.
6.
Contact and follow-up on qualified clients for new opportunities.
7.
Address customer issues/concerns in accurate and timely manner.
8.
Work closely with clients to understand the business needs and to explore opportunities for growth.
9.
Provide business advice and consultancy to clients in effective manner.
10.
Maintain strong knowledge of company's products, pricing, policies etc, so as to educate clients on benefits.
11.
Identify present and future business development opportunities with new and existing clients.
12.
Maintain strong relationship with existing customers for business retention.
Minimum Qualifications:

College Degree (preferably in the field of Design/Engineering/Architecture)
Open for fresh grad
Strong executive presence
Communication skill is a must
A sound knowledge on construction market or industry e.g.
demographics, key players, opportunities, etc.
Willingness to travel (local and international)
