Responsible for the achievement and exceeding of the assigned monthly targets for the showroom.
- Actively coordinates and takes part in daily activities designed to achieve sales target for the period.
- Assist your own team in generating leads.
- Accompany the sales executive in closing the account if necessary.
- Preparation of monthly sales report and weekly status report.
- Check Project Team Tracker on a daily basis to monitor the team's progress.
- Preparation of comparative data month by month and attending the monthly business review.
- Preparation of costing, proposal and other presentation materials required in closing accounts.
- Ensure that project details and client preferences are properly documented to ensure successful project completion.
- Equipped with technical knowledge to be able to guide clients and make suitable recommendations based on their requirements.
- Checking and consolidation of client's documents for complete and accurate submission to the documentation department for processing of orders.
- Handles the end-to-end process of sales from proposal to preparation of production papers.
- Implement a strict Tracking Tool to ensure that monthly sales targets are met and that all projects/accounts are being handled within the timeline.
- Coordinate with your own Project Team together with other departments to ensure proper and timely project management.
- Initiate local store marketing (LSM) strategies in the light of market trends in the area.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities for the showroom to improve profitability.
- Ensure that all documents submitted to inter-departments are complete and accurate.
- Ensure that all showroom issues/crises will be resolved within his/her level.
- Ensure all business and showroom activities are conducted in line with company values and consistent with Code of Conduct policies.
- Establish customer relationships with homeowners, contractors, architects and interior designers.
- Manages, evaluates, coaches and trains the people under his team.
- Field work is required for site meetings with clients and closing of sales.
- Showroom compliant including but not limited to Report Submission, Showroom Cleanliness and Housekeeping.
