Account Manager (Banking Experience)

Job Summary:

Oversees a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seeks new sales opportunities

Specific Duties & Responsibilities: Serves as lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsDelivers AUM and income growthDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet profitability quotas Qualifications: With at least 3 years of relevant experience in trust banking and account managementStrong stakeholder management; ability to match client's business requirements with Bank's product and servicesEffective communication, presentation and negotiation skillsAble to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
