We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Management Officer to join our team at SURE EIGHT SECURITY SERVICES, INC. in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for managing client accounts and providing exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Manage all aspects of client account administration, including contract renewals, invoicing, and record-keeping
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
Assist with the onboarding of new clients and the implementation of security services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our database
Prepare periodic reports and presentations for management and clients
What we're looking for
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar account management or customer service role, preferably in the security services industry
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
