Monday - Friday (9:00 am to 6:00pm)
WORK LOCATION:
Work from home, Hybrid setup. Office Location is Caloocan City.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a degree holder.
- With CSR experience in Sales is an advantage.
DESCRIPTION:
1.) Be Faithful and diligent in coming to work daily and conforms to work hours.
2.) Complete all required training, discussions, meetings, boot camps and other operational and developmental programs initiated by the EMPLOYER.
3.) Provide regular and timely updates and reports to all stakeholders (e.g. sales funnel, inventory, report, business plan, marketing activities, active account, Hubspot, etc.).
4.) Continuous search of new accounts and set up meetings with the decision-makers and arrange presentations with the client.
5.) Identify potential leads via referral or online research.
6.) Consistently hit and/or over achieve the required sales target.
7.) Establish and grow business relationships to contribute to the company's top line revenue growth.
8.) Aims, builds and manages customer relationships with the senior business and financial executive who influence purchasing decision of the customer.
9.) Conduct product demonstrations with potential customers and drive value to reach a purchasing decision.
10.) Coordinate with the technical support team to provide customers with the
different services they need throughout their ownership of the products.
11.) Develops a plan to maximize business opportunities with each customer including revenue forecast.
12.) Develop a deep understanding of the platform to overcome competitive and technical objections while positioning us appropriately to satisfy client requirements.
13.) Reach required quota.
14.) Able to make not less than 20 calls per day.
15.) Provide not less than 12 quotations daily.
16.) Conduct client visits at least twice a week as per approved schedule.
17.) Assist in preparing accreditation for compliance to client's requirement.
18.) On-site duty as per scheduled by the management.
19.) Issued company laptop and SIM card.
