Account Executive/Pr Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Actively generate and pursue leads for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with property developers, landlords, and corporate clients.

3. Identify opportunities in different industries for leasing, purchasing, or selling properties.

4.Conduct client consultations to understand their real estate and commercial space needs.

5. Provide expert advice on property investment opportunities, market trends, and location analysis.

6. Serve as a liaison between property owners and prospective buyers or tenants, ensuring smooth transactions.

7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement targeted sales strategies for different industries, including retail, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate sectors.

8. Negotiate property sales or lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.

9. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client outreach and strong deal closure techniques.

10. Stay up-to-date on local and national real estate market trends, zoning laws, and property regulations.

11. Research and analyze property value, occupancy rates, and pricing models to offer competitive solutions to clients.

12. Identify emerging market opportunities in commercial spaces and other sectors to target high-potential areas.

13. Adapt sales techniques to meet the needs of clients in various industries such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing.

14. Offer customized property solutions that align with industry-specific requirements, such as commercial space design, location preferences, and operational needs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Sales experience in real estate property sales and/or commercial space leasing.

2. Experience working acrossmultiple industries such as retail, corporate, industrial, or healthcare sectors is a plus.

3. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field (preferred but not required).

4. Strong understanding of the real estate market, property valuation, and commercial leasing.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

6. Ability to build strong relationships with clients across diverse industries.

7. Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

8. Knowledge of real estate laws, zoning, and property management.
