DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver target for revenue, sales growth, and profitability for assigned trainings
Manage accounts, penetrate new accounts and create, and implement marketing programs with key trade partners to meet business objectives and achieve the best ROI for assigned trainings
Day-to-day management and implementation of programs associated with them and the distribution and inclusion of all assigned trainings
Periodically visit relevant stores to mystery shop compliance, check availability and get customer insights
Contributes to company efforts by accomplishing related activities such as account development, business development, selling, delivery, and payment collection, etc.
Regular review and analysis of sales performance to be able to create and implement a necessary plan of action
Do necessary cross-functional activities with other departments to implement programs and achieve goals
