Role Purpose: To manage the day-to-day activities associated with transactional and business mid clients to ensure excellent customer support.
Key Result Areas: Relationship Management Build and foster strong relationships with clients Work with Production teams to identify and resolve any client concerns both proactively and reactively Business Performance Respond to client enquiries for translation projects Prepare costings for clients Ensure correct pricing and business model application for long term growth and margin optimisation Regular follow-up with clients to establish and nurture relationships Identify new opportunities of growth Present Client's own translation management platform to new clients Identify opportunities to improve processes Self-Development Keep abreast of industry and professional knowledge Personal skills and competencies kept up-to-date with professional development Health & Safety The Company is not exposed to unnecessary risk or costs associated with non-compliance Maintains safe, organised, and neat work area Major Challenges: Ensuring prompt resolution to customer queries or concerns across global team in multiple timezones. Skills & Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in a business related discipline or equivalent experiential background Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or autonomously Excellent written and verbal skills Positive attitude with a good sense of humour Work Flexibility:
