I. JOB MISSION/SUMMARY
To ensure target achievement by building business through selling and promoting of our products to new and existing accounts. Generate sales lead for new business opportunities and analyze sales options. Conduct regular visit to customers to determine their specific needs and requirement and provide possible business solutions. The position is also expected to gather information regarding market trends and provide feedback to the management for sales strategy formulation.
II. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Regular tracking of accounts sales performance to ensure 100% target achievement
Growth achieved over last year sales.
Ensure proper implementation of sales promotions.
On time submission of the following reports:
Sales call plan (every 30th of month)
Revolving fund liquidation report (every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month)
5.Create and submit weekly visit report to Retail Sales Operations Supervisor/National Sales Manager. The report should indicate the following:
Customer visit report (at least 10 quality customer per day).
Lead Generation (at least 3 leads per week).
Territory management (market saturation, price map, competitors activity, business development and market trend)
6. Ensure to maintain 40% market share of our products within the assigned territory.
7.At least 3 new accounts per month.
8. Assess breadth and depth of distribution by cutting the tail end and develop high sales potential customers and high margin products.
9. Develop a detailed territory plan to ensure maximum area coverage (Expense to sales should not be more than 1%).
10. Maintain and develop good business relationship with the account by providing an efficient customer service.
11. Monitor delivery timeliness and address any problem that occurs in the course of processing orders; inform customers accordingly if concerns cannot be immediately resolved.
12. Ensure that customers clear their dues within the existing timelines (Credit terms: 60 to 90 days).
13. Handles customer complaints/queries and ensure that necessary actions are taken, refers non-routine problems to immediate superior for action.
14. Attends to customers request for samples.
15. Work closely with the marketing team for any sales collateral needed by the account. 16. Performs other duties that maybe assigned by superiors
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must be a Bachelor's holder, preferably marketing, business management or any related courses.
Ability to identify new business opportunities for the company.
With relevant experience in sales and marketing.
At lease with experience in Corporate and Dealers Account.
Willing in Field Works, within Metro Manila
Results-oriented and able to work with minimum supervision, resourceful, must have initiative.
Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers at all levels of management.
Enjoys sales work, smart, lively, enthusiastic and likes to work with people.
Aggressive, Self-motivated, results oriented, fast learner and team player.
With experience in B2B and Corporate Selling.
