You will be a key member of the Media Partnerships team of Booky, a company that owns the foodie community of the Philippines. Your job scope will evolve and expand subject to business needs and your personal goals

Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, pursue, and execute potential strategic partnerships and media buys
- Under the guidance of Head of Brand Marketing, act as a strong and reliable coordinator with partner companies across all activities
- In charge of the day-to-day inventory requirement of the Sales Team, which includes preparation and submission of decks
- Sends proposals to media agencies and potential brand partners.
- Works on packages and handles negotiations with partners.
- Identifies new business opportunities.
- Provides fortnightly updates on the status of the media buys.
- Reach out to new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers
- Account management and periodic visits of existing customers
- Providing periodic sales forecasts, reports, and market research


Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Preferably in sales, advertising, or media agency
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or Advertising is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Good at multitasking and meeting deadlines
- Other desirable qualities: problem-solver, customer service/account management experience
