The _Account Executive_ as a member of the Business Development team, has a key role in sustaining Birches Group's business through focused engagement and effective account management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate market or target-specific intelligence related to emerging needs / relevant issues to more effectively engage participants in Birches Group salary surveys
- Sustain participation in Birches Group salary surveys and convert clients to drive sales aligned to Survey Operations and Business Development metrics/targets;
- Feed market intelligence and engagement issues to Business Development team to build client-based or market-based remedial tactics and strategies;
- Explain the value and process of participation to clients/participants to build an informed dialogue and basis for expanded service;
- Secure participation of target employers and hand off to counterparts in the Survey Operations team in a timely and coordinated manner;
- Maintain consistent and comprehensive records of opportunities and client data that sustains planning and assessment activities.
Qualifications:
The successful incumbent should have prior experience in corporate sales preferably in the area of data and services.
Engagement of corporations working in emerging markets would be an advantage.
