Account Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving client success, and identifying new business opportunities. As an Account Executive at Digi 4/7, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and contributing to the agency's growth.


Roles And Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing clients and maintaining strong relationships. Oversee the execution of marketing tactics, monitor performance, and optimize strategies based on data analysis. Prepare reports, make cold calls, and make recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder of any course. Undergraduate and Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be proficient in MS Office e.g. Word, Excel & Powerpoint, Gdrive, and Google Calendar
- Experience in the field is an asset
- Strong negotiating skills is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to comfortably converse and write in English.
- Has the capability to manage time and workload
- Strong work ethics
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate with different teams
- Full-time onsite
