REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors/College Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or its equivalent.At least two (2) years of experience in Sales or Sales SupportExcellent oral and written communication skillsProactive, with a pleasing personality and excellent social skillsHas a passion for sellingExcellent skills in MS Office particularly PowerPoint and is confident in product presentationsHas a wide network of prospective accountsSystematic and highly organized and can work with minimal supervisionhas a steadfast determination to reach sales targets and annual quota.RESPONSIBILITY:Client AcquisitionSource new clients and expand connections by utilizing various social media platforms (i.e. LinkedIn), attending user group meetings, conferences, trade exhibitions andAble to deliver company presentations.Schedule client meetings for discussion and product demonstrations in coordination with the Pre-Sales Engineer.Identify and establish contact with potential customers by proactively doing weekly sales/customer relations calls.Prepare and send sales proposals to potential clients.Establish close relationship with decision maker (C-level)Client Service ManagementProvide after-sales service to clients by endorsing all technical concerns and issues to the technical team for proper resolution.Post-implementation visits to identify change management requests, expansions or new projects.Assist clients for any technical issues.Create a good relationship with clients by delivering excellent customer service.Respond to any sales inquiries both from new and existing customers.Be aware of the client logistic operations to ensure all deliveries are very well coordinated and provide regular updates regarding delivery schedules.Administrative TasksPrepare and submit weekly updates/report regarding client meeting/discussions and the itinerary for the week.Secure schedule of meeting with clients.Maintain the company's client information with accurate and updated information and activity details.Prepare and submit periodic sales monitoring report.
