Account Coordinator

Details of the offer

Responsibilities Implement, launch and manage new programs without errors, including implementing and managing partner markups at the program, category and/or brand level with appropriate summary validation Serve as direct client support by successfully resolving ticket-based and email-based queries on program creations and change requests. Escalate unresolvable issues as required to the Account Manager Implement and manage partner markups at the program, category and/or brand level Communicate directly with the client/partner via email, ticketing systems and meetings relating to program launches, current program health, and other relevant tasks Support the Client Success team on various projects or with ad-hoc reporting and/or administrative needs Develop a breadth of knowledge on relevant CarltonOne Engagement system, features, and capabilities Other duties as assigned by your manager.
Technical Skills/ Experience
. Ideally, 1-3 years of direct experience in an operations and/or account coordinator role
. Intermediate Microsoft Office experience - Power Point, Word, Excel
. Proficient English language communication skills - both written and spoken
. Experience with pulling insights out of large datasets
. Ability to quickly learn and apply learnings to systems such as Jira, HubSpot, Freshdesk, and other proprietary systems

. Analysis & Insight - become a strategic partner by leveraging data dashboards, summaries, and proactive planning
. Operational Excellence - detailed planning, execution and follow-through thorough verification on all implementations and data
