As an Associate Manager within the Advance team, you will play a vital role in managing multiple projects across various accounts, acting as a strategic partner for all collaborators. You will work with a global team to ensure creative excellence in project delivery, adhering to briefs, timelines, and scopes. You are an excellent listener, understand the broader picture, are emotionally aware, and adept at negotiating relationships to achieve the best outcomes. Manage multiple projects across accounts and serve as a strategic partner for collaborators.
Collaborate closely with project management and creative teams to ensure projects are delivered according to brief, on time, and within scope.
Ensure projects are strategically aligned and prioritized.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, and/or marketing communications, preferably within a Marketing or Communications agency

Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel)
Exposure to and some experience with Gen AI tools (Writer, ChatGPT, etc.) is a plus
