Role Overview The Creative Content Strategist is responsible for strategically planning, developing, and managing content to align with campaign needs and goals. This role involves creating structured content strategies that drive engagement, resonate with target audiences, and leverage data for optimal performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of translating complex data into actionable creative content insights. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement content strategies that align with overall campaign goals and objectives. Work closely with the Creative Strategy Manager to ensure campaign requirements, target audience insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs) are clearly defined and aligned with Aarki's cohesive creative framework. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to uncover content opportunities and address gaps. Create high-quality, engaging, and persuasive creative for various ad campaigns. Tailor content to different audience segments, maintaining a consistent voice and tone. Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines. Utilize various analytical tools to measure content effectiveness, including engagement metrics, conversion rates, and creative performance. Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate the success of content initiatives. Generate and present detailed reports on content performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future content strategies. Qualifications A degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience (3+ years) in content strategy and analysis, preferably within the technology or digital marketing environment. Proficient in video editing and content creation, with a good eye for captivating visual designs. Experience in digital marketing and copywriting. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
