**Job Description**:

- At least 3 years using 3Ds Max work experience required
- Proficiency in 3Ds Max,
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Experience in an architectural office is a plus
- Experience in CAD and Revit Drafting is a plus
- Must have a keen eye on details and results; service-oriented
- Strong sense of responsibility to finish quality drawing works
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Team Player
- Interior and exterior 3D modeling and rendering
- Furniture modeling
- Must have an artist eye.
- Be great at problem solving
- Maintain composure, embrace change and work well with Team Lead, Project Manager and Clients

Work week - 40 hours

Pay: Php26,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
