**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and monitor daily activities for projects handled, perform quality assurance as needed
- Ensuring that all projects' deliveries are of high quality, on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Organizing/participating in calls and meetings about projects handled
- To coordinate and assist in maintaining good working relationship with clients and project stakeholders
- Assisting in defining project scope and objectives by involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Proactively identifying issues and resolving or escalating as necessary
- Providing updates to the management team and colleagues on customer/project status
- Use project management tools (Airtable, Jira, Confluence, Trello);
- To perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate lead
**Qualifications**:
Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science and the like
Experience with CMS, preferably Adobe Experience Manager or Sitecore focused on an e-commerce website
Demonstrated mobile-responsive design quality assurance
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Has experience in JIRA or similar ticketing system
Experience in Confluence is a plus
Strong consistency and excellent attention to details
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Strong work ethic - must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
