Details of the offer

Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

What are we looking for?
At least a 2 years Completed in College or College Graduates - No Experience Needed
Open for Senior High School Graduates is allowed but not Preferred - With 6 months Call Center Experience
With Excellent Communication Skills
Can work on site
