Source internal and external candidates for the organization's job vacancies through internal and external sourcing strategies. Manage and update internal and external sources of applications including hiring-related reports. Lead employer branding and act as an ambassador for job fairs and recruitment-related events. Conduct pre-employment assessments for shortlisting of internal and external applicants by conducting resume screening, initial interviews, facilitating pre-employment tests, and background checking. Foster long-term relationships with past and potential applicants. Coordinate with the concerned department or section regarding hiring activities such as scheduling shortlisted applicants for pre-employment tests or interviews, providing hiring updates, and assisting in the selection of the best candidate. Develop hiring strategies, policies, and procedures in line with industry trends and keep informed of advancements in the field. Provide recruitment assistance to the affiliated companies when needed. Minimum Qualifications Must be a graduate of a 4-year course preferably related to Psychology, Human Resources Development Management, or any business-related course. Preferably has at least six (6) months of work experience in Recruitment & Selection. Must have a basic knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, different sourcing strategies, job performance evaluation & management. Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.
