The main role of the Recruitment Assistant is to source and process qualified US candidates for our Operations department.
Post new and updatedd existing US Operation job ads across all platforms. This includes but is not limited to the Company website, Facebook, Greenhouse, Indeed, LinkedIn, Workable, and ZipRecruiter. Provide the US leads for different roles in Operations. Roles are IT related like Escalation Engineers, IT Technicians and Helpdesk, Project Engineer, Project Technicians, Service and Project Coordinators, and Runner. Day-to-day tasks involve reaching out, calling, and guiding interested US applicants. Process qualified candidates. This involves checking if they passed or failed aptitude tests. Send pre-recorded video interview link or email a Rejection Letter accordingly. Send the additional behavioral tests. Endorse qualified candidates to the Hiring Lead for final interview scheduling. Coordinate and attend Final Interviews of qualified candidates. KPI'S 100% of sourced applicants are called within the day. 100% complete and uploaded profile of candidates in Greenhouse. 100% of recruitment agencies and external recruiters are updated every week. 30 days hiring turn-around time. contact candidates and send meeting invites at least 24 hours before their scheduled final interview dates. Job Offer should be sent within 8 business hours upon confirmation of Hiring Manager. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable in an environment that requires a lot of interaction with people in and outside the US. Resourceful, driven, and energetic. With at least 1 year of experience in recruiting talents for US-based roles and/or companies. Job Requirements A home office set up that meets the following: A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), i5, Windows10, macOS BigSur 11 Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps download and upload) HD webcam/camera A quality headset with a noise cancellation feature for meetings A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview). Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday Able to pass our online behaviour and cognitive assessments. Able to provide NBI Clearance (eventually) Compensation Pay rates start at $4/hour (plus commission) and vary by experience and location.
