Hiring criteria At least 1 year of BPO/Call Center experience
At least 1 year of BPO/Call Center experience With superior English communication skills. Resourceful, persevering and determined to succeed. Amenable to work at night. Must be willing to work in Makati for the 1 month training period  Job Duties: Delivers offshore-based recruitment services to our clients in the US Covers different tasks in the areas of active and passive sourcing which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates Formats resumes meeting clients' expectations Facilitates candidate and employer scheduling and coordination as well as ongoing candidate engagement Fosters long-term relationships with candidates and clients Hiring criteria You should have or be completing the following to apply for this opportunity.
