Administer and implement basic training and development programs for new hires as orientation. Assist in the development of activities and training materials, from workbooks, and manuals to powerpoint visuals.  In charge of preparing progress reports of trainees and providing feedback and endorsement to team manager. Conduct selected refresher training to exist Sales members as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: University degree holder with at least 1-2 years of working experience in Training / Learning and Development. Willing to travel to different office locations. Detail-oriented, Proactive, Enthusiastic and Innovative approach to work
