This doesn't happen without our awesome people! We are looking for a Project - Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing People and Culture Team!
What's on the menu for you to do: Handle the end to end recruitment process for New Verticals and Commercial which will include sourcing, screening, interviewing of candidates and endorsement to Hiring Managers Perform searches and direct approach for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria and utilize various recruitment channels and tools specific to the particular area Deliver results in a tight timeframe especially for backfill and new verticals vacancies Support all documentation of new hires and organization of new hire information Support Internship efforts and campus initiatives Support on process improvements and standardizations within foodpanda HR Be proactive to register for job fairs or other networking events for targeted locations and universities Perform reports and documentation Support the HR team in other Ad-hoc activities as per needed What do you bring to the table? Minimum Bachelor degree in business or related field Exposure to the recruitment field and has a general understanding of the recruitment process Experience of recruiting for other cities within Cebu / Davao is a plus A strong interest in Recruitment is a must Independent, hardworking and confident self-starter Strong organizational skills with proactive personality With fluency in written & verbal communication skills in English and Filipino What we have for you: We have a steep learning curve and because of that, not a day is boring here!
