Hiring criteria Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
This position will be responsible for the end to end recruitment a hiring process which includes the following:
Sourcing of candidates on various mediums and platform Connecting to potential candidates for the talent requirements of the assigned BU accounts. Screening and endorsement of shortlisted candidates to the hiring managers. Verification of records of all candidates considered for hire Conducting job offers, hiring and pre-onboarding process. Qualification: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management. At least 3 years of relative experience preferably in the IT, Retail, Service or FMCG Excellent communication skills, articulate, highly personable. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Professional and trustworthy. Can manage confidential information. Diligent, organized and able to work well both independently and within a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Proficient in online virtual platforms. Hiring criteria You should have or be completing the following to apply for this opportunity.
