Create engagement and connect opportunities with the universities. Partner with universities on key common activities. Brand Building. Lead and drive efforts to increase brand equity and awareness on campus. Program Management. Execute and manage various early career programs. Reporting & Analytics. Qualifications/ Experience Strong understanding of the early careers segment in the Philippines. At least 5-6 years of robust early career hiring experience; 8 – 10 years of overall hiring experience. Preferred graduate/ post-graduate from a recognized university. Critical Thinking. Interact with Leaders. Setting Direction. Communicating enterprise purpose Facilitating execution plans. *Should be open to travel.
