This position is part of the finance department and will be working closely with the treasury team.
We are looking for a procurement/finance candidate to manage GetCraft's supply chain, from purchase requisition to payment. You will also actively liaise with our Network and Operation team to ensure the production process complies with our regulations.
Job Description Collect the cost data from the sales team (Purchase Requisition). Checking creator's documents including media order, purchase requisition, and all the clauses before issuing PO (Purchase Order). Working with the Operation team to issue PO and send to the creator, including communication for income tax, terms of payment, and how to send invoices. Follow up with the creator for invoices from projects completed (Delivery Order & Purchase Invoice) including any necessary documents. Assist in preparing bank transactions for creator payment and other expenses, including banking inquiries. Working together with the Payment Support team to share payment schedules & proof of payment to the creator. Provide creator data to teams across departments to help with decision making.
