Responsible for collaborating on, and contributing to end-to-end business support for systems and applications of Nastech.
Responsibilities: Systems Analysis & Technical Configuration Supports the technical analysis of the requirements & identifies how the system can support them. Configures the system to apply the business requirements & coordinates with the product team for any clarifications. Performs system testing & provides test results. Coordinates with the developers through the technical coordinator in resolving the reported issues. Training and Support Creates training materials based on the project scope. Delivers user training both locally and internationally if deemed necessary. Provides primary and secondary technical support through inbound calls, emails and any other online channels. Coordinates with the offshore support team during solution delivery and troubleshooting. Reports Management Captures the report requirements and documents accordingly based on pre-specified Templates. Maps report requirements with the system capabilities & relay any gaps to the technical team for development (if needed). Oversees end-to-end delivery of the reports & facilitates acceptance testing with the customer/s. Hiring criteria You should have or be completing the following to apply for this opportunity.
