However, this doesn't happen without some really awesome people. This is why we are looking for a Fraud Analyst to join our Operations team!
What's on the menu for you to do: Monitor customer transactions to identify fraudulent activities Scope of work will revolve around: daily blacklisting routine (ad hoc fraud blacklisting request, loss and failed orders) Identify suspicious activity based on customer, rider and vendor behavior Create and invent fraud triggers to mitigate fraud cases Analyze and deep dive daily reports for possible missed fraud cases What do you bring to the table? Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics or equivalent Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Intermediate knowledge in using Microsoft Office and/or GSuite Applications Intermediate skills in Presentation or reporting Strong Written and Verbal communication skills Basic SQL preferred, not required Fresh grads are welcome to apply What we have for you: We have a steep learning curve and because of that, not a day is boring here!
