The Role As a Human Resources – Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern, you will gain the opportunity to enhance your skills as you support our growing Recruitment Team in meeting the hiring needs of the different businesses.
Assist recruiters in the end-to-end hiring process for our Business Operations and Technology roles (e.g., candidate screening, interview scheduling, monitor completion checks) Track, review and create reports dependent on the business needs Create branding materials for internal communications Support the implementation of our ongoing recruitment programs Take part in process improvement activities and initiatives of the TA team The Requirements Undergraduate students pursuing a degree in Business Management, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field with an excellent academic background Willing to be a part of a Full-Time Internship Program for 4-6 months Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) or other designing tools (Canva, Figma, etc.) Good written and verbal communication skills Good analytical and research capabilities with the ability to challenge conventional thinking A self-driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, and integrity in all their responsibilities Ability to acquire, share, and disseminate new information and knowledge Willis Towers Watson is an Equal Opportunity Employer!
