MedRisk Inc. a leading provider of managed physical medicine in the United States -- has set up its first Philippine office in Mandaluyong. They are continuously expanding their services, and they need experienced Healthcare BPO associates to be part of their team!
The Customer Issue Resolution Specialist (CIRT) is responsible in obtaining the initial PT evaluation claim/bill from various providers either by direct reach out or generation of a report to be submitted to corporate accounts.
The role also supports constant communication between internal and external customers to help strengthen MedRisks issue resolution process ensuring efficiency while increasing customer satisfaction.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities Efficient and effective generation of reports from internal systems that will also be used for provider outreach Analyzation and case review of scheduled evaluation without corresponding claims on file Independent root cause analysis of cases with missing claims on file including trend analysis to be reported to Management for resolution Clear and concise findings and possible resolution report to be submitted to appropriate parties through succinct, professionally-written communication Excellent multi-tasking skills to ensure communicated TATs are being met. Complete special projects or tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Comply with HIPAA and URAC guidelines Qualifications A college degree in any field is a plus (Open to undergraduates) Must have experience in BPO industry Possess impeccable customer service skills with 1-2 years of experience Exposure to Workers Compensation laws and statutes Knowledge of CPT, HCPC, and ICD codes for Physical Medicine preferred Experience in Medical Billing preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-orientated and strong data entry skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office with intermediate skills in Excel Time management and strong organizational skills required Willing to work in Mandaluyong City Willing to work on the night shift Salary package up to P35,000/month (depending on work experience) HMO Coverage up to Php 250,000 maximum benefit limit Huge opportunity for growth with a leading US provider of Managed Physical Medicine with a growing presence in the Philippines *Salary stated is in annual compensation ranging from P25,000 to P30,000 on a monthly basis.
