A Property Investment Consultant is responsible for the assertive, yet responsible sales and marketing of various Cathay Land projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting the client throughout the entire buying process and providing excellent aftersales service. This position is full time in nature.
A Property Investment Consultant is responsible for the assertive, yet responsible sales and marketing of various Cathay Land projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting the client throughout the entire buying process and providing excellent aftersales service. This position is full time in nature.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES Promote Cathay Land projects through booth manning, saturation, digital marketing, and other sales activities as required by the Group Head Consistently source for potential clients which can translate to sales Maintain excellent and healthy relationships with all clients Assist clients during site visits or "trippings" Be directly involved in the entire sales process from client sourcing to aftersales support Ensure that monthly quotas are consistently achieved with a minimal cancellation rate Willing and able to do manning activities III. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of any four (4) year course or must have gained at least two (2) years' worth of college units Familiar with various digital marketing platforms and computer literate Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills Outgoing, highly sociable, and good interpersonal skills Must have an excellent grasp of the English language (oral and written) Experience in sales and/or real estate sales is a strong advantage Preferably a licensed real estate salesperson Residing in the Las Piñas City or Silang, Cavite area (depending on project assignment) Hiring criteria You should have or be completing the following to apply for this opportunity.
