As a Digital Sales Assistant, you will be responsible to monitor and process online orders placed through our Facebook shops (Whirlpool/Fujidenzo/Tecnogas).
You will be responsible in managing the shops' front end look, producing banners,. You are also expected to develop sales and marketing activities to increase online sales and provide great customer service to our valued customers. If you think you are creative with fresh and young ideas that can help the team, then this job is for you.
Position description- Must be a graduate of Business Management, Marketing Management, or any related course.
Must possess good oral & written communication skills.
Must possess strong selling, negotiation, & customer service skills.
Must be well organized and detail-oriented.
Must be a fast learner who can work with minimal supervision.
Must be flexible, a team player, and is willing to work in a fast-paced working environment.
Has good time management skills and has the ability to accomplish tasks within the required time frame.
Experience in handling online shopping platforms is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Can start ASAP and willing to work onsite.
