The CRM Developer is a key player in the team and contributes to the overall success of the COE. Deliver high-quality Lightning ready solutions from high-level solution design to system unit testing Perform technical analysis, level-of-effort estimation, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customizations and integration Ensure documentation according to the company and external standards QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or related course Minimum of 2 years experience in SFDC front-end and back-end development Salesforce Certification (Platform Developer I or similar) Business fluent in English, additional languages is a plus Have been working in an international and multi-cultural environment Proven knowledge of Salesforce Development in an agile environment, Lightning is a plus Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues Must be flexible to work in the afternoon shift Must be willing to work at McKinley West, Taguig Hiring criteria You should have or be completing the following to apply for this opportunity.
