The Property Specialist is responsible for selling Anchor Land Condominium projects. Look for prospective clients based on the profile of the target market and deliver a proper presentation about the project focus, its features, and benefits.
A Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. Must have at least 2 years of experience in sales, hotel management, insurance, marketing, property development, or other related fields. Possessed Exceptional Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills. Must be proficient in speaking, writing, and reading in English and Tagalog. For candidates that will be assigned to Binondo Area- candidates must be knowledgeable in speaking, writing, and reading MANDARIN.
