Operate complex scope in the area of Contracts & Pricing, HM Exchange, Stock Recording & Reconciliation or Stock Valuation with different dimensions (ex. material & moderate number transactions on locations/OU's/Businesses /Customers/Vendors; including active participation in different team/cluster engagements; focal point roles assigned; effectively operate controls support TM/Specialist in etc.) Has very good knowledge of the respective own subprocess. Can back up the operators in the respective area of accountability, and support during MEC, including other teams from the given subprocess Give constructive input to the issue resolution in the team; take over-identified actions and different type of requests from stakeholders assigned by TM/Specialist Contribute in operationalizing effective KPIs analysis by identifying root causes, implementing and monitoring improvement plans; present results from own area of accountability to different parties within Hydrocarbon organization and Business Proactively raise issues to be discussed to the Team Specialist and Team Manager. Drive operational excellence and effective Control Framework Team support - use VMs to raise concerns and issues provide supporting documentation/information to Specialist/TM/ STM and different stakeholders Provide information and explain all the concerns on the process to support internal/external audit. Able to identify and contribute to process improvements and simplification. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration preferred; CPA Good knowledge of GSAP accounting system Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; VBA knowledge is desirable and will be an asset Fast and accurate data input skills, analytical skills & attention to details Work Shift: Mid Shift on Regular days and Night Shift on Month-end close Hiring criteria You should have or be completing the following to apply for this opportunity.
